Two Component Road Marking Paints
The Pluvio Atlantis spray two-component road marking paint combines the ease of cold road paint with the enhanced reflectivity of special glass beads. Its application via airless systems allows for easy use with existing equipment. Component A is liquid, while component B consists of glass beads coated with a hardener; the chemical reaction occurs when component B is sprinkled over component A.
PRODUCT INFORMATIONS
Component A: Sprayable two component road marking machine.
Component B: Glass bead covered with hardener.
Consumption Amount of Component A: 1000 g/m².
Consumption Amount of Component B: 1000 g/m².
APPLICATION INFORMATIONS
Surface: Asphalt and concrete.
Application Equipment: Airless paint spray gun, glass beads splatter gun, glass beads spray gun.
Thinning: Use without thinning.
Cleaning: Tinex (Cellulosic thinner).
APPLICATION CONDITIONS
Surface Temperature: Must be below 35°C. (Do not apply in the daytime in summer and hot air.)
Drying Time: 20-30 min.
