Three Component Road Marking Paints
The MF 35 spray three-component road marking paint combines the ease of cold road paint with the long-lasting properties of two-component paint. It reacts through the mixing of liquid components that combine in the air before contacting the ground. Additionally, when applied with small aggregate colored stones, it provides slip resistance.
PRODUCT INFORMATIONS
Component A: Activated MMA acrylic based road marking paint.
Component B: MMA Acrylic based road marking paint.
Component C: 1000 g A - 1000 g B + C (2% hardener)
Wet Paint Consumption Amount: 1000 g [A]/m² + 1000 g [B]/m².
Glass Bead Consumption Amount: 500 g/m².
APPLICATION INFORMATIONS
Surface: Asphalt and concrete.
Application Equipment: Please consult with us.
Thinning: It is used without thinning.
Cleaning: Tinex (Cellulosic thinner).
Note: Please consult us for curing time between 25-35 minutes.
APPLICATION CONDITIONS
Surface Temperature: Must be below 35°C. Do not apply in the daytime in summer and hot air.
Drying Time: Between 25 min. and 35 min.
