Two Component Road Marking Paints
The MF 21 Serpme two-component road marking paint creates a textured surface that is coated with glass beads, which reflect light more powerfully. This paint cures by mixing components A and B in specific ratios, providing high physical and chemical durability while adhering perfectly to the applied surface.
PRODUCT INFORMATIONS
Property: MMA resin-based two component road marking paint.
Wet Paint Consumption Amount: Depending on grain's rarity and thickness: 3-7 kg/m².
Glass Bead Consumption Amount: 500 g/m²
APPLICATION INFORMATIONS
Surface: Asphalt and concrete. (The concrete must have been laid for at least 1 month.)
Application Equipment: It is applied with special application apparatus and machinery.
Thinning: It is used without thinning.
Cleaning: Tinex (Cellulosic thinner).
Note: Make sure that the paint is properly mixed with the hardener. Apply immediately after mixing (within max. 7 min).
APPLICATION CONDITIONS
Surface Temperature: Must be below 35°C.
Drying Time: 15 min. and 25 min.
