Two Component Road Marking Paints
MF 21 Profil brand two-component road marking paint creates consistent and orderly thicknesses, providing an effective warning area for drivers. This accelerates their return to the correct lane when crossing the profile bump. The paint cures by mixing components A and B in specific ratios, offering high physical and chemical durability. These features enhance safety and ensure a long-lasting solution.
PRODUCT INFORMATIONS
Property: MMA resin-based two component road marking paint.
Wet Paint Consumption Amount: Depending on profile intervals and thickness: 8-14 kg/m².
Glass Bead Consumption Amount: 500g/m²
APPLICATION INFORMATIONS
Surface: Asphalt and concrete. (The concrete must have been laid for at least 1 month ago.)
Application Equipment: It is applied with special application apparatus and machinery.
Thinning: It is used without thinning.
Cleaning: Tinex (Cellulosic thinner).
Note: Make sure that the paint is properly mixed with the hardener. Apply immediately after mixing (within max. 7 min).
APPLICATION CONDITIONS
Surface Temperature: Must be below 35°C.
Drying Time: 15 min. and 25 min.
